- 4 cups (600g) fresh watermelon, cubed

- Juice of 2 limes
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Sparkling water (optional)
Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds.
In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lime juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
