  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Sparkling water (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing any seeds.
  • In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lime juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or sparkling water and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime. Enjoy immediately.
