Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of the baking dish.
Spoon half of the meat mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, meat mixture, and cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
