Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, and cooked rice. Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
