  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the chicken pieces in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each batch for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.
