- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone or American cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the thinly sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
