Ingredients
  

  • 1 steak (such as sirloin or flank), cooked to your desired level of doneness
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
