Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Basting brush
  • Aluminum foil (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints and tips removed
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator, for maximum flavor.
  • Place the marinated chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish the Sriracha Honey Chicken Wings with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired, and serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
