- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the kielbasa and set aside.
