Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  • In a skillet, combine the grape jelly, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until the jelly has melted and the sauce is heated through.
  • Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve the meatballs with grape jelly hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
