  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce alternative
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, honey, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs of desired size and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce alternative, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, brush them generously with the honey garlic glaze.
  • Return the glazed meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  • Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
