Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Shred the cooked chicken (if not already shredded).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional). Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish (8x8 or 9x9 inch) and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top for a bubbly, cheesy topping.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish.
