- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of crumbled Stilton cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened about 5 minutes.
