- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

In a large skillet, mix the tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cover the skillet with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Alternatively, you can simmer the meatballs on the stovetop for about 45 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the rice is tender.
