Easy Baked Cod Recipe

getcakerecipes
A few years ago, I was looking for a quick, healthy dinner option that would still be delicious and satisfying. I had some cod fillets in the freezer and decided to bake them with simple seasonings. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but after just 20 minutes in the oven, the fish was flaky, tender, and full of flavor. It was such an easy dish to prepare, and my family loved it.
Since then, baked cod has become one of my go-to recipes. It’s light, simple, and pairs well with just about anything. Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a more relaxed weekend dinner, this recipe is always a hit.
