Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange lemon slices on top of and around the salmon fillets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
