Whether I’m serving them with pasta, in a sandwich, or as a snack with dipping sauce, they’re always a hit. If you’re looking for a simple, healthy meal ready in no time, these Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs are the answer. Let me show you how to make them—they’re a recipe you’ll want to keep returning to.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 12 minutes mins
Total Time 22 minutes mins
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or whole wheat)
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes for a little heat
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix gently until just combined—don’t overmix, or the meatballs will become tough.
Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
